Offering leaders an opportunity to take time out of the everyday hustle and bustle of their jobs, and reflect on their roles considering the external, internal and personal factors that affect their lives.
Personal reflection, self-assessment as ‘business people’ and profiling tools such as DiSC, enable participants to challenge their own thinking, further develop their strategic abilities and personal interactions.
Sessions offer a sounding board to explore challenges, an opportunity to have some headspace and focus on ‘self’, and enable needs and personal development to be prioritised so that individuals can stride out with confidence to meet their aspirations.
Options include individual 60 or 90 minute coaching sessions, or a series of 6 sessions.

1-2-1 support and behavioural diagnostics.
The DiSC® model is used to help people better understand themselves and adapt their behaviours with others, for example within a work team, a sales relationship, or a leadership position.
Following completion of the questionnaire a detailed report based around the following four behaviours – Dominance; Influence; Steadiness; Conscientiousness – is presented and discussed in a 2-hour 1-2-1 coaching session with the participant, from which a personal action plan is created. A follow-up coaching session is included (excl. the Workplace Profile), to check on the leader’s personal progress.
