The Challenge:

Business & Education Together, a ‘not for profit’ company, needed to take the business forward with a new identity.

Our approach:

JFA delivered a package of support to help establish a new vision and goals for the company and to maximise opportunities to meet government reforms and the needs of a changing market. The package included:

• “Out with the Old – In with the New” – a day of facilitated workshops to explore the business and opportunities available
• Research on similar organisations’ services
• Mapping of current services to national policies and other drivers to identify opportunities to enhance the service portfolio
• Planning of the new service offer
• Development of a range of ‘mix & match’ branded promotional information sheets highlighting the company’s services
• Identification of an implementation time-line to phase in new services
